Galvanized pressed steel water tank

These are made of square hydraulically pressed steel panels that are joined by bolts, nuts, washers and nontoxic adhesive sealant between the panels to form a watertight tank. The bottom is assembled, followed by the sidewalls and finally the roof to form a tank.

The tanks store harvested rainwater, as firefighting water tank or irrigation water storage tank. The source and use of the water determines the mode of installation. Most are raised on the steel tower so that water flows by gravity, built atop high ground or installed on a plain level concrete base.

We pay great attention to tank panel quality to ensure long lifetimes of more than 15 years.

Why use galvanized steel water tank?

Low maintenance costs

Panel thickness ranges between 4mm and 6mm depending on area of application (bottom, sides, tops) and size of tank as well as height of the tower.
